What to do in an emergency - Power Cut / Gas Leak

Power cut?

If you have a power cut you will need to contact your local electricity distributor

Please note -  you should not contact your supplier.

Alternatively, you can call 105 (free) who will re-direct you to your local electricity network provider

If you have or suspect there is a fault with your Electric meter you will need to contact your supplier directly.

Gas Leak?

If you have or suspect a gas leak, loss of gas supply or suspect you have a Carbon Monoxide issue you will need to call the national Gas emergency number on 0800 111 999
